Add chat on feedback portal

You can serve your customer support chat on the public view (domain portal) of your Upvoty roadmap and boards.



Right now, we support:

Intercom
Crisp
Tidio
Freshchat
Drift
Belco
Trengo

If you need any other chat tool to be integrated, just shoot us a message and we'll take care of it!

To add your chat to your Upvoty domain:

Go to your dashboard

Go to the 'Settings' in the main side menu

Go to 'Integrations' in the sub menu

Scroll down to 'Chat widget'

Select your preferred chat widget and insert the data from your account
