Hide usernames

By default, we are asking users to sign up, or you can set up your own User SSO. However, if you don't want to show the names of the users to other users, you can hide them.

Go to 'Boards'

Click on the board you want the usernames to be hidden

Go to 'Settings'

Scroll down to 'Hide usernames' and turn it 'ON'

Only you and team members will be able to see the names 🙌
