Pin a post
You can pin posts to the top of a board by pinning them.
Go to a feedback post
If you're logged in as an admin or team member, you can access the Admin Toolbox and click 'pin' from the sub menu:
Once you've done that, the post will be pinned at the top of the board
To unpin, repeat above steps and click 'unpin'.
