Post privately
As an admin or team member, you can post private posts on public boards. This is great for when you want to work on a feature, but you're not ready to share it publicly yet. You can always publish it publicly later on.
To post privately on public boards
Submit a new post and checkmark 'Private post' on one of your boards
Or, go to an existing post and change the status to 'unpublished'
You can publish and unpublish posts whenever you want via the 'publish' status which you'll always find in your dashboard under 'status' or from the feedback post itself. It's an internal status, this status will not be shared with your users.
