Priority status
You can add an internal priority status to your feedback posts which helps you understand what to work on next. This status is not visible for your users.
To add a priority status to a post
Go to one of your posts and change the priority status

Or select the priority status right from the list view in your dashboard:

After you've assigned priority status, you can easily filter on priority in your dashboard:
