š New Upvoty 2.0! Switch NOW!
We released a new, more modern, faster, and more powerful Upvoty 2.0.

It comes with a new powerful dashboard as well!
You can now migrate your data if you want to switch.
ā ļø NOTE 1: please note that the owner/admin of your v1 account should do the migration (!)
ā ļø NOTE 2: your 1.0 will stay and co-exist, you won't lose your data (we'll only delete v1 once you're ready and confident to switch)
Follow these steps:
Go to https://app.upvoty.com/auth/register
Create your new account (you can use the same email address or a new one, itās going to be a new and different account)
Youāll need your Upvoty v1 API key which you can find in your current Upvoty v1 admin dashboard of v1 (login here at https://crm.upvoty.com/members/login/)> go to settings > Integrations > API key
Note: If you're unable to grab the API key (for example, it says you need to upgrade, please reach out to us on chat and we'll provide you with the API code)
Open up https://app.upvoty.com/project-settings, scroll all the way down to āUpvoty importerā and input the API key in the field
Youāll see a button called āSAVEā appear when you click away, click on it to run the import
The import will take a while, so sit back and relax and come back in 30 or 60 minutes
Once the import is done, you should see all of your feedback, votes, comments, changelogs, etc. Please check the data and let us know if there are any issues.
Now, letās set it all up.
Go to Portal settings to find the CNAME records for the custom domain here: https://app.upvoty.com/portal-settings
Set up SSO based on the instructions from Project settings here (you can now choose exactly what is required to access and/or participate + if you want to use our SSO setup or your own custom one: https://app.upvoty.com/project-settings#auth
Add your logo icon here: https://app.upvoty.com/project-settings
Your team members are already added but they need to do the same thing: going to https://app.upvoty.com/auth/login and log in with their Google or email (as long as they use the same email address as their current Upvoty account) and do a āForgot Passwordā to set a new password.
Last but not leastā¦
Go to https://app.upvoty.com/profile, pick your plan, and add your credit card
Then either delete the v1 yourself or ask our support on chat to do it for you :)
Update all your links that refer to the old v1 URL to the new v2 (if you're using the .upvoty links. If you're using the same custom domain, you won't have to update)
