This article will help you set up the basics for you to install and share your Upvoty. You can customize your Upvoty account by changing the colors, language, uploading your company's logo, changing the date format, and much more! If you have existing feedback and you want to import this into your Upvoty account, there are several ways to do this: Import via CSV: Just contact us via the chat or shoot us an email with your CSV file at hi@upvoty.com and we will make sure the CSV gets imported. Canny import: If you want to import your data from Canny, just contact us via the chat or at hi@upvoty.com and share your Canny API code and we'll import all the data.Some readersExport data

You can change the language (English by default) for your Upvoty boards, roadmap, and even the emails we send to your users. You can switch your Upvoty roadmap, boards, and changelog into dark mode. Or you can set a single board to dark mode only. You can pin posts to the top of a board by pinning them. As an admin or team member, you can post private posts on public boards. This is great for when you want to work on a feature, but you're not ready to share it publicly yet. You can always publish it publicly later on. To post privately on public boards Submit a new post and checkmark 'Private post' on one of your boards Or, go to an existing post and change the status to 'uFew readersRemove Upvoty branding

If you want to delete your Upvoty account, here are 4 important things to keep in mind: First, export your data from the boards (export) Once you're deleted your account, it's permanently gone Only admin users can delete the account Once deleted, your credit card details are deleted as well Once deleted, your personal data is deleted as well If you're ready, here's how to delete: Login to your Upvoty dashboard Go to the top right avatarFew readersArchived Posts
To clean up your feedback posts view in your own dashboard, you can archive posts. This will not delete the posts, but will store them in a separate section of your dashboard. You won't see those posts any longer in your main feedback post overview, but they're not gone. To archive a post: Go to your admin dashboard Click Posts Click the 3-dotted button on the right side of a post Click 'Archive' Confirm with 'Ok' The post is now moved into the archived section.
