  This article will help you set up the basics for you to install and share your Upvoty. • Billing

  You can update your credit card or download invoices in the billing section. Go to your dashboard Hover your avatar on the top right Click 'Profile' Billing Update your credit card (notify us when there was a problem with charging before) or download invoices 🙌Popular

• Customize your Upvoty

  You can customize your Upvoty account by changing the colors, language, uploading your company's logo, changing the date format, and much more! Basically, most customizations are available in the dashboard's settings: Go to your dashboard Click 'Settings' from the main side menu Customize the things you want, such as: Changing the colors, favicon, and logo:Some readers

• Add team members

  You can invite team members to your Upvoty domain. Go to 'Settings' Go to 'Team' Click ‘+ ADD TEAM MEMBER’ Invite them by email 🙌Some readers

• Import feedback posts

  If you have existing feedback and you want to import this into your Upvoty account, there are several ways to do this: Import via CSV: Just contact us via the chat or shoot us an email with your CSV file at hi@upvoty.com and we will make sure the CSV gets imported. Canny import: If you want to import your data from Canny, just contact us via the chat or at hi@upvoty.com and share your Canny API code and we'll import all the data.Some readers

• Export data

  To export the data of your feedback boards: Click on 'Boards' in the main menu Click on the board you want to export data from Settings Scroll down to 'Export' 🙌Some readers

  Do you first want to approve new posts and/or comments before they become public on your boards?   You can set up user SSO to let users be logged in automatically with their user accounts from your application, you can activate anonymous mode, or, you can customize the default SSO pop ip with log in methods Google, Twitter, and Email. 1. • Translations for multi-language

  You can change the language (English by default) for your Upvoty boards, roadmap, and even the emails we send to your users. • Priority status

  You can add an internal priority status to your feedback posts which helps you understand what to work on next. This status is not visible for your users. • Upvoty feedback

• Import from other tools

• Dark mode

  You can switch your Upvoty roadmap, boards, and changelog into dark mode. Or you can set a single board to dark mode only. • Pin a post

  You can pin posts to the top of a board by pinning them. • Post privately

  As an admin or team member, you can post private posts on public boards. This is great for when you want to work on a feature, but you're not ready to share it publicly yet. You can always publish it publicly later on. To post privately on public boards Submit a new post and checkmark 'Private post' on one of your boards Or, go to an existing post and change the status to 'uFew readers

• Remove Upvoty branding

  If you want to remove the 'Powered by Upvoty' branding you can turn this off. Go to 'Settings' Scroll down to 'By Upvoty mention' Toggle it 'OFF' 🙌Few readers

• Delete account

• Archived Posts

  To clean up your feedback posts view in your own dashboard, you can archive posts. This will not delete the posts, but will store them in a separate section of your dashboard. You won't see those posts any longer in your main feedback post overview, but they're not gone. To archive a post: Go to your admin dashboard Click Posts Click the 3-dotted button on the right side of a post Click 'Archive' Confirm with 'Ok' The post is now moved into the archived section.
