Embed board widget
You can embed each board separately within your own website or application:
In your admin dashboard:
Go to boards and click on the board you want to embed
Click ‘Widget’ from the sub menu

You can customize the status labels specifically on each board.
To create a custom status:
Go to 'Boards'
Go to the board's settings
Scroll down to 'Status labels'
Customize the labels by changing the names and colors.

If you don’t want your board(s) to be public, there are a couple of ways to hide it for users and/or outsiders.
1. Team-only
Completely turn off the boards and your Upvoty URL for everyone outside your team. Only you and your team members are able to see and work on it.
2. Team + Users with Board URL
Turn off the public view of your board and only share it with users
3. Team + Users with Private SSO access

You can structure your feedback posts across all boards internally with tags.
To add a tag:
Go to a post
In the admin box click 'edit'
From the drop down, select 'tags'
Create a tag

If you do not want to use our .upvoty domain to share your board(s), you can set up your custom domain.
To set up a custom domain:
Go to your Settings in the admin dashboard
Navigate to 'Custom domain'
Follow the steps to add a CNAME

You can create categories on your boards by making tags public. Categories are there to categorize posts for your users (e.g. bundle all web-related and app-related posts or all bug-related and feature-related posts). You can come up with your own structure for categories based on how you name your tags!
To create categories and make your tags public:
Go to 'Boards' in the main menu
Click on the 'Settings' of a board
Scroll down to 'Public tags' in the 'Extra' section

f you don’t want to use a board anymore, you can delete it.
Go to the 'Boards'
Click on the board you want to delete

You can customize the contents, colors, user restrictions, visibility etc. by going to the settings of the board:

Click on the board you want to customize

You can change the language of a board to one of our other available languages.
Go to 'Boards'
Click on the board you want to the change the language from

Scroll down to ‘Language’ and select another language from the drop down.

You can move posts from one board to another.
Go to the post you would like to move
In the Admin tools, hit 'Move'
Select the board you'd like the post to be moved to
Hit 'Save' and the post will be visible on the new board 🙌Few readersDefault board view
You can determine what view is the default "ranking" on your boards. You can choose between 'trending', 'top voted', 'newest', and 'oldest'.
To change the default board order:
In your dashboard, click on 'Boards' from the main menu
Click on the board where you want to change the order for
In the sub-menu, click on 'Settings'
In the top section 'Board settings' you'll find the option 'Post sorting' where you can select your default order

You can customize all content, colors, and the button of the submit form.
Go to 'Boards'
Click on the board you want to customize
