We released a new, more modern, faster, and more powerful Upvoty 2.0.

You can now migrate your data if you want to switch.

⚠️ NOTE: please note that the owner/admin of your v1 account should do the migration (!)

Follow these steps:

Go to https://app.upvoty.com/auth/register
Create your new account (you can use the same email address or a new one, it’s going to be a new and different account)
You’ll need your Upvoty v1 API key which you can find in your current Upvoty v1 admin dashboard of v1 (login here at https://crm.upvoty.com/members/login/)> go to settings > Integrations > API key
Open up https://app.upvoty.com/project-settings, scroll all the way down to ‘Upvoty importer’ and input the API key in the field
You’ll see a button called ‘SAVE’ appear when you click away, click on it to run the import
The import will take a while, so sit back and relax and come back in 30 or 60 minutes
Once the import is done, you should see all of your feedback, votes, comments, changelogs, etc. Please check the data and let us know if there are any issues.
